The SafEscape Automatic Descender is specially designed for smooth, automatic vertical and angular controlled descent from overhead cranes, towers, aerial lifts, oil derricks, platforms or other elevated work areas, allowing workers to rescue themselves in case of emergency.

Install the SafEscape Automatic Descender to an anchorage, then attach one end of the rescue rope to the front rescue D-ring of a full body harness. Drop the excess rescue rope to the intended landing zone.
The user then transfers his weight to the system and descends at a controlled rate (not exceeding 4.5 ft/sec.) to a lower level.
As the user descends, the opposite end of the rescue rope is ascending and positioning itself to perform another rescue.
Constructed of lightweight, high-strength cast aluminum.
Holds persons weighing up to 330 lbs.
Available with different lengths of rescue rope (please specify).
This package includes only the Automatic Descender and a specified length of rescue rope.
Complies with OSHA 1626, Subpart M, Appendix C guidelines; meets all applicable standards throughout the world.
